overall it was fine certainly not worth a thumbs down, but there is no choice for meh. The pickle spear was the thinnest I've ever seen, was almost all skin. I had iced tea, but no straw. Not much meat on sandwich compared to previous orders. Seems like the delivery order got seconds from dining in folks. What was there was tasty.

This time the Rote, nacho cheese was thin and watery. I had the same item earlier this week and the cheese was perfect. Two weeks ago the cheese had chili mixed in and did not taste good.
The nachos need to maintain consistency wot the cheese, especially because I'm charged $11 for this item.

Do not waste your time or money. This new location is not up to McAlister's standards. Today's order was my second try to give them a chance, however they failed again. Missing potato salad, sandwich mashed flat so that the bread was thin, gummy and unrecognizable and a garden salad 1/3 the size shown in the picture (about three bites). Even the flat mushy bread used for the sandwich was undersized. Use Youree Drive location instead.

I offered the Chipotle Baked Potato through door dash. Service and delivery were fantastic and delivery was made very quickly.
The sauce on the potato was delicious, however, there wasn't nearly enough for such a large potato. It was very dry and disappointing. The toppings were all good but more is needed on a potato of this size. I won't be ordering their potato's again due to the very stingy toppings.
