WOW, first time ordering and found out that these potatoes are huge, they take up the whole container. Couldn't get photos before eating, app wasn't working. So now that I got the pics I took half that we haven't eaten. These are big enough for 2 meals. They both were FULL of flavorful seasoned meat, both the beef and chicken...cooked perfectly. My husband is a little picky but he just raved about his roast beef potato. Even called his sister to tell her how Superb it was. We have decided when we order again we will get just 1 and share. These potatoes were DELICIOUS!!! AGAIN: Full of flavor, meat cooked perfectly. Thank you to the McAlister employees who prepared such Awesome potatoes.

This is a GREAT spot for huge, hearty sandwiches. The potato salad is killer, and the New Yorker actually made me homesick for Manhattan. My wife loved her turkey melt with avocado and the cucumber tomato salad. You've already been added to my favorites. Thanks!

Very inconsistent in portion size, quality and flavor. One of the Choose 2 spuds were soft and buttery, while the other was dry as a bone and hard to cut, let alone eat. Portions seemed WAY smaller this order than others in the recent past. Would love to have better, non-stale food presented to me with a good portion for $16.

I ordered from McAlister's because of word of mouth and everyone had nothing but good reviews about it. Well here's my review... it was Mid, and thats me putting it nicely. First off, I paid $22 for the little bit of food I received and it was not filling at all. The sandwich was okay, I appreciate that all the ingredients was fresh, and the sandwich was still warm once delivered. I also did not like the fact that every time I tried to place the order with customizations, it wouldn't let me. I had to order it as is. I should've got the whole sandwich because it wasn't bad, it just wasn't a wow factor to it. The soup... it was bland. No flavor, watery and hardly any bacon pieces in it. Just a lot of green onion, which might saved it a bit because I love green onion. Now on to the good part... the sweet tea... WAS AMAZING. It was the perfect amount of sugar, it was delicious. I see why they're known for it. The sweet tea saved the entire meal. Overall, will I go again? Not anytime soon, but if I do... I'm definitely getting the Grilled Chicken Club and Sweet Tea again.
