• 5 days agoI love they give a hearty smount of each protien with the Chef Salad . A large salad I might add, that tastes so delicious and fresh! My photo almost looks unreal but that salad was same!! My second one in the same week.. Because the price makes it affordable! I'm so glad they're just right down the street from me!

• 4/5/25Side garden salad is the perfect portion - nittoo small, not too large. Very nice balance of greens, croutons, and cheese. Country potato soup is also a perfect balance of ingredients. McAlister's quality, attention to details, consistency, and value are far superior than Panera.

• 1/12/25I ordered the French Dip, cup of chili, chips, tomato/cucumber salad, chicken King club, potato soup, macadamia nut/vanilla cookie, carrot cake & a butter pecan cheesecake (not all for me!) The chili & chips were missing from my order, so I called McAlisters & the mgr told me I could get refunded thru Doordash or I could come get it. I opted to go get it. They had it ready for me when I got there. I do want to say that it was not a terrible inconvenience for me to go get what I was missing (Im only 10 min away), & the fact that they WILL make it right if you call & tell them. He even added an extra cheesecake, which I didnt complain about bc it was delicious!!!! The cookie was fresh, as some taste stale & store bought. Not this. I could tell the cookies are made same day. I give McAlisters a 5 star rating, even though 2 items were missing. Oh & the chili was well worth the drive to get instead of a refund from doordash that would take days to receive. I will order again from McAlisters!

• 5/6/26I usually have great experience with McAlisters Deli but the last couple of times has not been great. Today I ordered the Mac n cheese kids meal for my grandson we got less than half of a container of Mac n cheese, and the cookies weren't edible, they were burnt and hard as a rock. Some of the fruit in the fruit cups has also gone bad. Very disappointed.

• 6/21/23First of all, it's alright. Secondly, why is this placed labeled as one of the cheaper options? The prices aren't even comparable to fast food for the amount of food you're getting. You could get 8 burgers from McDonald's or 2 foot long sandwiches for the price of a single sandwich here that aren't even 6 inches. This place is easily $$ or $$$
