Foods always good they never mess up my order but are incredibly stingy with the ketchup packets. With such small packets you would think at least 3 maybe 4 for 20 cents but it's 1 ketchup packet for 20 cents. At that point the dipping sauce is the better choice. Food is always hot and they never mess up though.

They gave me a small fry instead of a medium and my sandwich was stale and not put together! When I opened my sandwich the 5 pieces of lettuce they gave me was on the side, the sauce was also smeared on the side of the box and the bun wasn't even on it!

the Oreo OREO® McFlurry® wasn't even mixed the cookies the cookies were just thrown on top of the ice cream. the French Fries were not fresh the McDonald's in Burns Harbor is the worst McDonald's

This is my favorite McDonald's to go to and order from! They always get my stuff right, along with it being fresh!
