Order took an hour before it was ready. Items were missing. Bread was stale. More mayonnaise than lettuce on the sandwich

Hard as a rock biscuit sandwich and my iced codee with extra ice has zero ice! They used hot coffee and it's nasty tastes burnt. Just lazy for the price you pay!

I ordered a Big Mac meal with a Sprite. I received Coke and the Coke was incredibly flat. No carbonation at all. The French fries were all undercooked and soggy and the bun of the Big Mac was overcooked almost burnt which I have never experienced with McDonalds. I was returning to my hotel after an incredibly long day working and had not eaten all day. It was very disappointing.

Literally didn't give me 1/2 my order. Missing two medium fries. The chicken nuggets were cold. No chocolate milk in order for my kids. The apple slices given were the diced one not sliced so they won't eat them.
Very unhappy not sure if id order from store again. It also took them an hour to make this messed up order.

Pancakes were very hard and the sausage was very not well cooked . The 3 Pack Of Cookies were not fresh cookies at all either
