Our fries were barely warm and tasted like grease. Definitely not a fresh batch. The bun on my McCrispy was burnt and the mayonnaise was mostly on the outside of the bun. It was smaller than the bun. Nothing like the size in the photos. The upcharge on my Unsweetened Iced Tea took the cake. I would not order again.

Food was a little cold when it arrived, but it still tasted good and the portions were pretty good. Freshness was alright, nothing crazy. There were a few things missing from my order though, my fries were supposed to be extra salty but came with no salt, I didn’t get a straw, and none of the sauces I selected were included. Still, I’d order again. Maybe they were just having a long night

Didn't receive one of my drinks. Didn't receive the extra fry for my order. My Iced Caramel Latte had no caramel or sweetener of any kind and had so much ice I could barely even get the straw into the cup.

The Dr. Pepper had no syrup in it. It was all carbonation and not drinkable. The fries were also undercooked.

The big mac was iver sauced and not enough lettuce. I did not get the sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets. This is not the first time this happens.
