• There was no straw for my caramel frappe.
• The top to the frappe wasn't even on properly.
• My filet wasn't cooked freshly it was reheated and you could tell by the taste and the cheese being all hard on the bun from being microwaved.

There was no barbecue or ranch sauce and I literally PAID EXTRA for it and waited a whole extra hour for it but didn't get it.
