I asked for a plain sundae and I asked for ranch dressing for my nuggets. I received both, but the ranch dressing was inside the cup with my sundae. They often forget to give me a straw for my drinks. Fries aren't fresh they are often hard, cold, and tough to bite.

Loved it! Daughter got lots of boba with each bite! But did pay for the extra boba. We would order it again! Cream was melted

This location has been in a decline for awhile now. Here is another example of this. Hash Browns that have been so over cooked that you can't eat them. No matter what time you order from here, you wont be happy.

I have been eating sausage biscuits for years and this is the first time I've had to throw out the biscuit. It was extremely hard and after a couple of bites, I felt around the remaining biscuit and discovered it was hard all over!
I'm sorry to say, but I have had multiple bad experiences with the food recently. I might have to change where I get my breakfast items.
BYW, the sausage was and always has been GREAT!! I would recommend it.
