They gave us one large fry in two large fry containers, we didnt receive the smoothie and the pop tasted like water. No salt on the fries. No sauce for nuggets and 8/10 of the nuggets. i recommend not ordering too late at night. They will ruin almost your entire order and youll only get about a third of your money back.

I'm pretty frustrated. food on here is alreadying upcharged for the convenience which I understand, but the past 2 times I've ordered I've gotten an oreo shamrock flurry with hot fudg added on top. BOTH times I've gotten it NOT mixed, hardly any of the shamrock syrup, barely any oreo (like not even a full scoop), and literally what would amount to a teaspoon of hot fudge. I'm paying extra for that and essentially not even getting it. I'm not joking, it looks normal at first, but as soon as I get past the top later it's just straight vanilla. they didn't even try to mix it. it wouldn't be a big deal if it was once but it's been twice now and usually when I order it it's because ive been wanting one really really badly, just to be met with pretty much just a vanilla ice cream. I understand things get busy, im usually decently understanding (especially having worked at one like just about everyone else) but not even trying when I'm paying an absurd amount for it just drives me nuts
