I’ve had mixed experiences with the HK McDonald's depending on the time of day. Breakfast orders are always spot on—everything is accurate and as expected, which is a great way to start the day.
Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for lunch or dinner. It’s a gamble, as there are often missing items, incorrect orders, or both. It’s frustrating to unpack a meal only to realize half of what you paid for isn’t there or isn’t what you ordered.
While the breakfast consistency keeps me coming back, the issues with later meals make it hard to rely on this location for anything beyond morning cravings.

Need to do better about having drinks more secure for delivery. Like other places, they put a sticker over the opening. This happens too often

Once again the staff at McDonald's cannot seem to get the right drink. They have given me a wrong beverage about 1 out of 3 times.

Every single time I order a quarter pounder DELUXE (which comes with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayo) they keep giving me a regular quarter pounder. They need to read the order carefully and realize that the receipt and the grill slip says DELUXE.

Ordered Deluxe McCrispy™ Meal twice within a week. Chicken overcooked both times. hard to chew.
