It's time for the franchise owner to clean house! For about the 5th time our door dash order was missing items, usually the drinks. Both sandwiches were ice cold, one had a heap of onions. the other had 2. The fries were old and cold. I don't understand how they can put an empty drink carrier in the bag and seal it up. It doesn't matter whether you order on door dash or use the drive thru, the employees cannot seem to get the items you ordered and paid for in the bag. Last time ordering from there ever, it is only getting worse every time. ZERO stars!!! (I had to pick a star to submit my review).

Ordered 4 has browns. Got two & they were fried to a crisp. Super hard.

The order was wrong again. I asked for extra cheese did not get extra cheese. I asked for two strawberry cream pies just like the last three times I got 1 strawberry cream pie and 1 apple pie. I'm allergic to apple. I cannot eat apple.

For dome reason one of the McDouble®s tasted off. Not un-eatable, but I think it had too much mustard on it or something.
