I got everything I ordered minus the pies that they were out of. they definitely take care of me on the sauces I ordered. but the fries were just so hard and the Nuggets tasted so old. I've ordered there a few times and I've noticed this being a pattern lately wait I may have to go to the Jack in the Box next door

McFlurry was not stirred, and fries were cold and unsalted. Unusual for these guys, so ima still give them a 4/5

I called politely to ask a question about the freshness of my food and the employee abruptly hung up on me mid-conversation. I was respectful the entire time and wasn’t being rude or argumentative. I understand places get busy, but hanging up on customers instead of answering a simple question is unprofessional and disappointing.

50/50 on getting the order right 80/20 on getting all the items on the order right.
usually missing sauces, a drink, ingredients on items that were asked to be removed/added.
not a huge deal more annoying than anything
