The person who made the burger was really messy with it. I don't like ordering from this location Glenoaks & Van nuys because it's always a mess. Food was good tho, just chill on the mess also stop forgetting the napkins. 7/25/26 10:24PM

The McFlurry was barely halfway filled andddd. They NEVER add any ketchup even if it's an option on the app...... and I found a raw part on the mcchicken patty

The Sausage Egg McMuffin® Meal was 10/10 however my bacon was missing.

Thé Caramel Frappé was delicious. The perfect amount of caramel however the Pumpkin & Creme Pie was burnt, dry and inedible. The Apple pie was hard and cold as well
