Hands down, best McDonald's I have ever eaten or ordered from. They were clearly out of containers for their Big Mac sauce sides, so instead of not giving me the sauce (which I didn't even have to pay for so it wouldn't have mattered) they stuck it in a nuggets box and sealed it. The food was the hottest and tasted the freshest compared to all other McDonald's I have eaten from. They know what the customer wants, and gyadamm do they deliver.

Chicken came severely overcooked. Had to throw out one of the 10 piece nuggets because they were all burnt. The chicken sandwiches were okay but still a little dry. They also forgot the sauces we ordered. Probably won't order after 10pm again because it seems like they use older food from earlier in the day.

This is actually the best mcdonalds ive had. Every single time i order from this location (hurstbourne/stonybrook), the food is fresh and perfectly cooked. And the current manager is very sweet and considerate. Corp needs to come in and learn how to provide oldschool hospitality in the modern age. The only other location i know of that even comes close is in middletown near the library.

They've always been really good about getting our order right, and the food is tasty. Listen, it's McDonald's. You know what it tastes like. You're ordering it from DoorDash. So many people are catering to you to bring you some of the most affordable fast food you can get, and you don't even have to leave your house. Just be chill and tip well.
