Hash browns were perfectly crispy , a little oily but not in a bad way. Iced coffee was a bit bitter however it was actually very enjoyable nonetheless, Big Breakfast with Hotcakes was enjoyable, eggs were fluffy and savory. Everything was great and not to mention, dasher handled everything with care and was quick.

The large fries we ordered weren't filled all the way and they were totally undercooked. It ruined our dinner. We were very disappointed with this location, they have done this before

Drinks were on their side, although minor spill, no cheese in triple cheeseburger, poor packaging with items. No additional bag to keep items from being sprawled about in main big bag. Very inconsistent for what I got from this store before. Will probably hesitate next time to order from here.

The fries are undercooked. They are limp and raw in the middle. You need to cook them until crispy and golden brown not pale and wiggly

Frozen coke is topped off with whipped cream type foam. This is inconsistent and does not taste good.
