No sauce given even though selected. Ordered a frappe and was given a HOT coffee. They literally just throw whatever in a bag and call it done. Our burger buns were also hard and felt like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Very disappointed in the quality of the food and the fact they couldn't even get the order right.

I wish I had something nice to say, but this had to be the most horrible experience I have had with McDonald's food. It was inedible and I had to throw it all away. The fish filet was completely cold and stale. The chicken nuggets had been overcooked and were very"chewy." The fries - my favorite part of McDonalds - were hands down the worst ever! They had also been overcooked, were cold, and looked like they had been sitting out for hours. I could actually "break" the fries in half, they were that overdone and crispy. Point of note, I only live about 1.4 miles from this McDonalds so the food could not have gotten that cold or stale transit. It had nothing to do with the driver. He picked the food up and got it here quickly.

Fries weren't even half full. For the price we pay, that's crazy! Soggy chicken nuggets!

My chicken nuggets weren't in the bag and I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget. They gave me a small fry when I asked for a large.
