The soda was laying on its side and soaked my burger. It looks like the McDonalds employees didn't put it in the drink tray.

Fries were ice cold.
Last two times I've ordered the McNuggets I have received no dipping sauces . Receipt clearly states and shows dipping sauces were ordered.

Nuggets didn't seem to be cooked all the way. Not usually an issue, and it wasn't our drivers fault. Had to throw them in the oven to make sure they were safe to eat.
