Pancakes were hard, sausage under cooked and the potato also. Soft when it should have been crunchy. This isn't the first time either.

The hamburgers on both Quarter Pounder Deluxe Sandwiches were under cooked. Prefer our meat well done. Even though meat was underdone the excessive condiments made the sandwiches made good but messy to eat.

BEC biscuit was hard as a rock and not edible. The bacon was all but raw.

Missing a drink. My burger was put in the bag sideways so my sandwich was smooshed. Fries were cold and hard, with no salt on them (I even requested extra salt...which wasn't given.) no napkins.

my French fries were over half gone and there was only 6 nuggets in a 10 piece and I was missing a cheeseburger
