Once again. No straws in the bag...for four drinks. And they are always burning the buns. The bottom portion of my bun is not soft like it's supposed to be-it's as hard as a rock. This is not the first time, I've had to remove a portion of the bun on my burger to eat it. Oh, and you can see in my picture this is "extra" diced onions. Ugh.

Was excited to see Steak Egg Cheese Bagel Meal back on the menu. The bagel was soft and delicious but the steak-not so good. I also ordered the Big Breakfast® with Steak & Hotcakes and the steak was so dry and grisly. My 2 year old couldn't chew it and ended up spitting it out. Will definitely get the bagel and big breakfast again. But I'll skip the steak, and go with sausage, the steak is not good unless you like chewing on grisly leather. Not at all the steak I remember as a child.

This location burns everything. Burger buns, English muffins, and I guess the new bagels now too. My Sausage Egg Cheese Bagel Meal was burnt (which I pretty much expected), so I ordered extra sauce to combat the possible dryness-but no breakfast sauce at all. I order from this location because it's only 0.2 miles from my house. Guess it's my fault, since I always know something is going to be messed up. At least they always get the biscuits and Hotcakes and Sausage right so there's that, I guess

Cookies were soo good!! Not THE best cookies, but just for a fast food place, they were SO delicious and warm!!! Also very gooey and filled with chocolate. Amazing! 10/10

Apple Pie were both burnt and the filling was hard. Burger fries and drink were great.
