Waited forever then forgot my hash browns and gave me a regular biscuit and gravy instead of a platter which is a double in fact they literally do it every time a platter is a double guys not a single

The Iced Coffee is consistently the old burnt brew left on the burner. Creamer doesn't mask the rancidness of it. The biscuits are consistently dry yet unsettlingly chewy. It's definitely not worth the price hike it's lately gotten.

I had a double filet fish sandwich. The bread was very hard and inedible. I attempted to eat the fish fillets without the bread and they crumbled. I will not order from this store again.

Normally pretty decent, but it seems on Saturday morning you won't ever get a biscuit and gravy or you get half of what you ordered. And the sandwich I got today was burnt to a crisp which it seems that every piece of meat from this place is burnt to a crisp. You guys need to fire your cook on Saturday he is a freaking menace to your food. I'm not that picky usually I give you 5 stars but today I'm done I'll get my McDonald's from highway 50 from now on.

I ordered the Triple Cheeseburger Meal with a Diet Coke and didn't receive my drink and there were onions put on my burger after I selected no onion AND the ticket attached to it said "no onion". I have had this issue multiple times. This location continues to provide terrible service.
