Most inconsistent service ever! This time my double bacon quarter pounder didn't have even a crumb of bacon on it and one patty was raw in through the entire inside.

Order accuracy is inconsistent. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle meal and received a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal. Verified the order I placed was correct on the receipt and the contents of the bag were not correct. This is not the first time I have received the wrong items or had items missing from the Highlands store. Order with low expectations of getting what you ordered or what you paid for.
