1st and Utica has the BEST STAFF and they ALWAYS get my order right! Food is always fresh and cooked to perfection.

Fries were old but that's to be expected for an order after midnight. Main complaint is the undrinkable tea, it's so gross and it's obvious they haven't cleaned out the containers in a while. I know this review won't fix anything but maybe they'll have fresh tea for whoever orders it next.

Everything was ice cold you could tell the gave me the oldest fried they had. Did not give me the amount I am used to getting in a medium meal for the fries, the pie was frozen in the middle and old. I would not order this again.

The egg on my mcmiff was raw!!!! Also my biscuit a gravy had a delicious fluffy biscuit with a 1/2 teaspoon of gravy

My Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal was under cooked it was pink inside my 10 Piece McNuggets Meal was under and over cooked meaning some was under cooked some was over cooked very hard I was very disappointed because they have always cooked my food good but this was disgusting I couldn't eat it
