The fries were way too salty and cold, the coke had no ice in it, and my quarter pounder with cheese had only the very slightest smear of ketchup and mustard. The beef patties were horribly dry. I've given them several chances to see if this issue would resolve, but it hasn't, so, seeing how high the prices are for what we pay for basic fast food, we will be choosing quality restaurants from now on.

Wow, I go here a ton but the chicken strips get smaller and smaller. One was like a large nugget, another as thin as a pencil. Sad sad order.

Got shorted on my fries... bought a large and it wasn't even filled halfway... and they put it in the back upside down.
Also, there was no straw for my drink
