Our fries were undercooked and the containers were only filled halfway. Neither burgers tasted fresh and there was barely any ice in our sodas.

Every time we order from this location, they never put the sauces THAT WE PAID FOR in the bag. We called the location and the person who answered, and I assume is the manager, put the responsibility onto DoorDash and hung up on us.
