The fries were clearly cooked twice. I used to work at McDonald’s, so I know the process. What they sometimes do is leave the fries sitting under the heater too long, then put them back in the basket and drop them in the fryer again to reheat them. When that happens, the fries come out darker than normal, harder, and they lose that fresh taste.
The burgers also tasted like they had been sitting under the warming station for a while. The meat was dry and the texture was overly crispy instead of fresh and juicy.
Overall, the food did not taste fresh, and that was disappointing.

The Spicy McCrispy™ was ridiculously small for double the cost of the hot and spicy mcchicken. Not worth it. Everything else was fire!

I like cream w my coffee. They NEVER put enough cream in my coffee, nor enough coffee creamer containers. Large coffees need to have more than two.

The bun was super dry on my burger. The hot fudge sundae had zero fudge on the bottom. It was just a cup of ice cream with a thin layer of fudge on too.

I did not get BBQ sauce with my chicken nuggets. My fry container was half full. There was no straw for my drink.
