We order from here a lot. I don't know what has happened to the packaging/quality of orders. Ordered TWO 2 cheeseburgers meals (should have gotten 4 burgers total) but only ended up with 2 burgers-so 1 person went hungry. Also, the request to remove onions from burgers only gets followed 1/2 the time. Ordered a family pack of cookies-1/3 of them were broken in more than 1 place and crumbling. It's not even like we ordered during a peak rush hour. Come on McDonald's.

the 2 Cookies I got where cold and hard and tasted like they were probably sitting out for like 3 daysopulent even bit into it also fries where either over cooked or cooked in old oil my Hamburger Happy Meal® was not seasoned or somethingcause tasted bad

I would rather hear my family begging for mercy than eat another Filet O' Fish from this McDonalds. I don't have high standards. Not for a Filet O' Fish. But I do expect a fairly consistent level of terribleness to which I have become accustomed from this corporate nightmare chain. They somehow dropped below that threshold. It was burnt, rubbery, and flooded with tartar sauce. This is a low point for McDonalds as a business and me as a human being. All I can hope for is that you, the reader, may be spared from this fate.
