The food was fresh and hot I got plenty of French fries and McChicken® was amazing and spicy I will order again HERSHEY'S S'mores McFlurry®was amazing too and the chocolate chip 1 Cookie

The big Macs were horrible. The bread was stale very stale. The burgers were dry and they tasted old. We wanted extra sauce and extra lettuce. They didn't include that they were packed in the boxes very sloppy. The overall taste was horrible. Definitely wasn't fresh almost as if they were made earlier and just sitting in the warmer and then opened just to add the extra sauce and lettuce and then slept back together. I would not order again and will not be ordering from this McDonald's again.

Well it's a rarity coming from the McDonald's in Ladysmith, but my order was correct, other than some whipped cream on my frappe when requested no whip (but ok). My fries were cooked and nice and salty, the burgers were correct and my kids got the right drinks, they were happy, they had their favorite lunch.

This McDonald's always seems to have issues with getting orders right and out to the customers in a timely manner. The fries are often cold and/or undercooked and often the burgers are cold. DoorDash however, has been efficient when delivering my often disappointing McDonald's food.
