4 chicken nuggets instead of 6. Leas fries than usual. The Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal was great and also the Caramel Sundae was good

This was part of a dual pick up order with another restaurant. McDonald's actually waited for my driver to arrive to warm up my cookies and make my iced coffee so the ice didn't melt. Exceptional!
