• 1/25/26My fry's were in upside down in the bag so all of the fries were scattered on the bottom of the bag. I also ordered and had to pay .50 each for 4 dipping sauces and only received 2. They didn't even include a straw for my drink

• 7/2/26the mcflurry wasn't mixed it just had the toppings sprinkled on top. I ordered 2 Mcflurries of the same kind and got 2 different ones. the sundae came with no hot fudge that I paid extra for and the French fries were ice cold.

• 1/21/26Missing items, restaurant staff was very rude when inquired about what wasn't in the bags. Fries were cold and extremely hard.
