• 6/13/22Everything was hot and yummy. This time I got a straw (finally) my last few orders I didn't which made it difficult to drink my frappe. The nuggets were nice and crispy too.

• 2/13/25Normally im all for a latenight Maccas feed but this one was an instant regret. The fries and hashbrown were cold and stale, almost like cardboard and the burger tasted almost burnt? With some kind of chemical/plastic taste to it? I dont know if the grill just wasnt cleaned properly but shouldve saved my money

• 3/11/24I was quite disappointed .My big Mac had a stale bun which practicallu fell apart whilst eating it .The lettuce wsas off , old and slimey . It tasted nasty and i couldnt eat it . 1 fries was stone cold and 1 warm. 1 off the drinks was not what i ordered and when they arrived thry were half empty and mine had avweird taste .. I usually have no issues but tonight it qasnt pleasant or value for my money

• 5/15/26This is now the third time this McDonald’s branch has messed up our order. We ordered Happy Meals through DoorDash, and they literally arrived with just a flat Happy Meal box and 3 pieces of chicken nuggets inside — no toy, no fries, no apple slices. The whole point of ordering a Happy Meal for my kids is the complete meal and the toy they look forward to.
My 5 year-old was so disappointed and upset. Last time, they also forgot our drinks and sundae. On top of that, today’s burger bun was completely soggy.
Mistakes happen, but repeatedly missing multiple items from orders shows a lack of checking and quality control before sending food out. Really disappointing experience, especially when it’s for children.

• 8/12/25Ordered a double Double Quarter Pounder with bacon... no bacon on the burger and only 1 pickle.
Fries were also cold.
I received a 66c refund.. the bacon cost more than that as an added extra.
