I frequent this McDonald's location quite often, so I know what to expect of the food. This time, the French fries seemed like they were overcooked and the chicken nuggets seemed like they were undercooked.

The food quality is usually good, I'm just tired of items that I order being forgotten. I ordered a 2 Cheeseburger Meal that comes with fries, got no fries. My Double Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Meal came with fries. Why did the second order of fries not make it in the bag? I just feel like maybe the workers could be a little more attentive.

The fries were cold and hard, OLD. The nuggets were hot, crisp and fresh. Always ask for fresh fries.
