Burger was dry the fries were fresh even though the portion was still short and the drinks are okay

my order was thrown together Burger was sloppily made the Frack container barely had fries in it no napkins or straw in the bag all in all poor service

Honestly my fries the best part of my 2 Cheeseburger Meal usually its well but last night my burger was old, cold, and with hard buns. I got a half and sweet tea lemonade and only got a sweet tea I didn't get pictures of this but I did request a refund or sum but was rejected

Large fries not even close to being full. Hardly any salt, and no ketchup in the bag (yes I ordered it. 5 packets) and the dipping sauce was wrong and only given two for a 20 piece instead of the three that was ordered.

my spicy chicken sandwich bun is burnt you can smell and taste it. and fries are never full halfway filled
