the Big Breakfast® with Hotcakes andh Hash Browns were hot and fresh would order from this McDonald's in town more often as the others I have to complain to much. not having to complain was a plus. Got everything I ordered and filled us up perfectly. my Caramel Frappé actually has my extra drizzle too. also you should keep the Pumpkin & Creme Pie all year round. they are amazing. all around a great experience. thank you Pilot McDonald's.

I received several notifications regarding my order,( my order was received,my order was being prepared, and that my order was ready)... however, when my dasher arrived to pick it up, my order had NOT been started at all! My food arrived later than I expected, however my food arrived hot, fresh and oh so good.

Raises prices to offer fake 2 for 1s. Quality is typically terrible and special orders are more often than not, ignored. Scummy and overpriced company now.
