frys were cold. my burger was so grease that the box was soaked and it was run down the side. bad job

The quarter pounder with cheese was supposed to have bacon and did not. It also was supposed to have lettuce and it did not. There was about 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise put on it. The same with the daily double it was supposed to have extra lettuce and had none and it had about 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise on it and everything was so disgusting. I called the manager at the restaurant and let them know that whoever was working in their kitchen does not like their job and was doing those things on purpose. Very very disappointed!

I ordered a sweet tea and frappe, only the tea arrived so I had to reorder the frappe. Even with the refund, I ended up spending more money for the item I didn't receive. The frappe was good, once I got it.

half of the fries weren't even cooked. slimey raw salted potato slices. and the deluxe mccrispy had all the parts thrown in the box, to which I had to assemble. I feel like I shouldn't have to show up to a restaurant to show the cooks how to cook

My husband and I ordered a Steak Egg Cheese Bagel Meal with extra onions and extra sauce. The onions were burnt and we did get extra sauce the sandwich was very dry. Very disappointing
