Chips arrived stone cold and half filled. Double quarter pounder came dry and cold and missing onions and cheese.

It was warm but there was barely any lettuce or anything else but patty on the quarter pounder. Not worth the money

They continuously forget to add my Double Choc Muffin, has happened to the point I maybe get 1 in every 3 orders, and like an idiot I keep ordering it because of how tasty they are.
Other than that everything is as expected most of the time.

Ordered the Dunked Korean Sticky BBQ McCrispy but just received the regular McCrispy. This is the second time this has happened. If it is because you have run out of the item it should be made unavailable on the menu and not just substituted with no notice at all.
