They did not send our steak with our Big Breakfast® with Steak & Hotcakes and instead sent a sausage and they took over 30 minutes to complete a fast food order. Also, the ice in our soft drinks was mostly melter.

I had to reheat the food in the microwave. I've had their orange juice many times. this time it didn't taste the same. it was watered down.
