THIS PLACE IS HANDOWNS THE WORST MCDONALDS ON HIGHLAND RD.. THE PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE AND NASTY, IF YOU TELL THEM THAT YOU ORDERED THE FOOD A CERTAIN AND IT GETS MESSED UP THEY'LL TELL YOU THAT'S HOW YOU ORDER THE FOOD. Nighttime crew doesn't take orders. I sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes. I honked my horn THE NIGHTTIME CREW IS ALSO VERY RUDE. I CAN'T RATE THIS PLACE ON HERE, BUT I GIVE IT A ONE STAR ALL THE WAY THIS PLACE NEEDS TO DO A LOT OF TURNING AROUND EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'VE ORDERED FOOD HERE. THEY HAVE MESSED UP MY ORDER I EITHER GET NO SEASONING ON MY BURGER. I GET AN INSANE AMOUNT OF SAUCE ON MY BURGER. IF I ASK FOR EXTRA ONIONS, I LITERALLY GET NO ONIONS AND STRAIGHT SAUCE ON A COLD BURGER. WHEN YOU GET A LARGE FRY, THEY GIVE YOU A MEDIUM FRY IN THE LARGE BOX. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALD'S TO ANYBODY. THERE'S MULTIPLE OTHER MCDONALD'S DOWN HIGHLAND ROAD THAT ARE WAY BETTER TAKE THE DRIVE GET BETTER.

I requested extra ketchup, mustard, pickle. I got a Double Cheeseburger covered in sauce, wrapper and all. They think they got me. Jokes on them, best burger I've had from there in years. French Fries were cold and no salt.

All biscuits were very dry to the point where they were crunchy. Typically I never have issues but today was not good unfortunately. I love McDonald's biscuits when prepared properly. Hash brown and drink were good.

I have loved every order from this location in the past and I respect the staff who always deliver the best food when I'm there in person. The vast majority of the few issues I've had may very well be related to the travel times or conditions of my DOORDASH after the food left the restaurant. I know every time with absolute certainty that the individuals making my order know what they're doing in the best ways. Looking forward to ordering again and looking forward to the genuinely kind and attentive atmosphere the front-of-house staff bring every time I come in person to your location!
