This spot is usually reliable for a quick, simple breakfast. But today the Sausage Egg Cheese McGriddle and hot cakes in the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes were stale and hard. Not even edible. So disappointing.

We LOVE the new packaging! Instead of paper bags, food was delivered in a sturdy, sealed cardboard box with a handle (think of a large, rectangular Happy Meal box). Please continue to use this! FYI our order was correct and the food was fresh, which is usually the case for us with delivery vs drive-through. Thanks!

The Filet-O-Fish®was fine but both of the McRibs were missing the BBQ sauce. The buns were also hard for theMcRibs.
