I ordered a Quarte Pounder® with Cheese Meal and the sandwich I received was the bun, a small piece of hamburger and a little bit of cheese. They also forgot my apple pie. This location is horrible

The reason I get McDonald's breakfast is because I love the dirty Dr pepper. This time the dirty Dr pepper had no foam on the top. It was basically just a vanilla flavored Dr pepper. I was so disappointed. Not to mention, the cheese on my mcgriddle wasn't even melted.

If other places want to know how to package their food, they need to take lessons from McDonald's. They are the very best. They deserve credit for that. 99% of the time all condiments are in the bag and they rarely forget straws & napkins.

Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe Meal : the burger was prepared as ordered with customizations, french fries were good & cooked without salt, Bottled Water was missing - so, I had no beverage to wash down my meal.
Apple Pie : completely missing from the bag.
Apple Slices : both bags of were on top of the hot food - so, my chilled slices were lukewarm.

The bread was dry and stale, like it has been sitting out, the burger itself, lettuce, Mac sauce all fine. I get a Big Mac slides, but the bun usually doesn't crumble. The coke, like no syrup in it at all.
Fries, they are fries and take a chance on if they are hot/cold, I get that, for me to leave a review, it's not a normal thing I do.
