For the first time in a very long time, this McDonald's packaged everything correctly and did not leave out any items! My fries are hot, and the pie was perfect. All menu accommodations I had requested, like adding mayonnaise and removing pickles and onions had been met.

They made our Dasher wait for almost an hour so by the time our food was brought to us, all of our food was cold. The burger bun and nuggets were stiff while the fries were cold and stale.

Ordered a large fry and the container was not even half full. None of the condiments were in the bag and my burger was completely smashed for some reason. Not happy with this at all

Sandwich not even warm. I was 6 minutes from the restaurant. I called the store several times after placing my order and they would not answer. I ordered a vanilla milkshake because they didn't have strawberry available in o choose. They changed it to Fanta Orange when I specifically said no substitutions

The food was nasty I throw away my whole meal, cookies was hard, fries was cold and stale, my drink was suppose to be sweet tea it was very unsweetened and water down. Let's not get started on no napkins, no ketchup, no nothing in the bag. Horrible experience exactly why I don't eat McDonald's.
