I got everything but I don't understand the point of ordering a large fry and getting as much, actually less than what was in the medium sized one... disappointed in spending a little more on a fry size that gave me less than I paid for

This store is horrible. Their night shift Sunday employees should be fired. I placed and order and when it arrived there were multiple missing items and the drink I paid extra for was missing. The bag was completely sealed so it had nothing to do with the dasher. I then had to replace the order for the missing items as they were for my kids. I called the store to report the missing items and to ensure me my next order would be all there. The girl on the phone was extremely rude. I then got my second order and it was still wrong! People spend a lot of money for food that's went down in quality, quality, and employees don't care. The items that I did receive tasted horrible. Fries under cooked, sandwiches slopped together. For reference this was from March 15, 2026 at 11pm.

Fries wereniteven cooked all the way nuggets old bread head burgers burnt very dissapointed for the price paid

the quality of the food has deteriorated. the hash brown didn't even taste like potatoes it tasted like old grease they changed the sausage and the sausage gravy had alot of pepper and very little sausage the biscuits were rubbery from being microwaved too long
