I usually have trouble with the local store this was picked up from, but this latte (which I only got because I had rewards to make my overall order cheaper) was EXCELLENT, the tea was actually sweet, and the McGriddle was good as usual. Thanks McDs and Peggy my dasher

sandwhich was litterally thrown in the box stuff everywhere. fries were soggy. and chicken nuggets were all undercooked.

My basket of fries have like a small fry in them and my medium was an extra small id say. My frozen slushie is water no ice. Worst service ive had in awhile

I’ve consistently had the same issues at this location: cold, soggy fries, missing straws and napkins, and occasionally missing food items altogether. I’ve reported these problems multiple times, but nothing seems to improve.
No customer expects to pay for a large order of fries only to receive what looks like a small or medium portion, especially when the fries are cold and stale. Mistakes happen, but when the same issues continue visit after visit, it becomes a pattern rather than an exception.
I’ve been a loyal customer and have spent a significant amount of money at this location, so I expect a reasonable standard of quality and accuracy. I gave the store multiple opportunities to address these concerns, but unfortunately nothing has changed. Unless there is a noticeable improvement, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
