The quarter pounder deluxe was almost burned to a crisp. Thinner than a smash burger with no moisture at all. And my order was missing my apple pie.

This has been happening a lot at this store. The bun is hard. I don't know if they're defrosting it differently. But it's very hard and the patty is very dry. I live right next to the store so I eat there often in the past several times have been just like this. Makes me sad.

Big Arch not as described. Absolutely NO Cheese and some weird crunchy onion. Bun is too big for burger patties. Don't recommend this.

Big Mac was poorly made, fries were cold and not salted, my sprite was out so I got a cup of cold carbonation
