Chicken strips and iced coffee was good and well packaged. Fries were cold (significantly more than the chicken strips) and they gave me the wrong dipping sauce.

Our burger bun was burnt with literally a drop of condiments. Unfortunately it was thrown away before a photo. Both nuggets were mushy like 40% of the way through. A photo below is of one of the nugget containers.

items were packed well, but one of my sandwiches was missing .. not sure how to get a refund on one item

The french fries tasted like they had been sitting in the warmer for a while. The Chicken nuggets did as well, but didn't taste as bad once i nuked them in the microwave.

Currently my family and I ordered McDonald's while on vacation because they were the most affordable for us and each time we ordered they were missing items. I understand a one off because times get busy, but to miss items every time we ordered is unacceptable because that means someone is missing out on a meal. We just ask that they begin to check the bags against the receipt.
