Food is good and everthing is well done. But, it seems when I spend extra money on a larger size they give me the smaller size anyway. If I buy a large, I spend money on a large but get a medium. If I buy a medium, I spend money on a medium but get a small. I normally don't complain but this has become such a reocurring experience for me.

The food took much longer than expected, and when it finally arrived, I was very disappointed. None of it felt fresh, the fries were cool, and the buns on both sandwiches were stiff and seemed old. I live only about five minutes from the store, so there’s no reason the food should have been cold or stale, especially considering how long the dasher had to wait.

I know im late on this review but when we got our last order, I was shocked! Normally on special order its usually messed up. Our order was awesome. Food was hot and correct. Even the dipping sauce! It tasted great. I am fixing to place another order now!

It took them an hour to get my order. My dasher waited there for an hour to pickup my order of only 3 items, which was 4 Piece McCrispy™ Strips , French Fries and a drink. This store just continues to get slower and slower.

My steak egg and cheese bagel was made PERFECTLY! They actually put extra breakfast sauce on it like I requested! The bagel itself was soft and tasted fresh! 10/10
