Both burgers were covered top, bottom, inside, wrapper with ketchup. Buns were soggy from it and all I tasted was ketchup, couldn't even eat the other one.

Fresh and hot, especially my cookie tote. Those 13 cookies disappeared quickly.

I would just suggest stronger tamper proof seals on the delivery bags. Other than that, everything else was great!
