Big Macs are absolutely heavenly anytime I request extra mayo or extra pickles everything is just as I have asked just like if I was there myself

Ordered Iced Mocha but got iced Carmel.
Did not receive extra mustards which I paid for and hot chocolate was very weak, hardly any chocolate at all. Very disappointed as I order from McDonald's quite often.

Chicken BigMac was incredibly bad. Chicken meat was so thin on both patties and they were so over-fried or however they are prepared, that I could not even cut with the knife. I tried to eat the middle section but this was also very hard and tough. I've had several Chicken Big Macs so far. In the beginnings they were fine but seemed to get progressively thinner and "leathery" If I order this item again and it's not up to standard I'm going straight back to the store with my concerns. YES, I want a refund for this order but I would like confirmation that someone will be contacting this McDonalds and find a resolution to the issue. Please send me confirmation when this occurs. Mc crispy chicken (with extra chicken piece) was "in eatable ". I usually get this meal but this time the chicken was not cooked and was raw. Also had a lot of gristle in it. I was disappointed that I had to throw this meal in the trash.
