Ours was a large order for 4 people. There were no special requests nor modifications. We received our food and everything we ordered was there. The food was packaged well and fresh. I am very pleased with this order. Must have a Great Staff!

I got everything but I don't understand the point of ordering a large fry and getting as much, actually less than what was in the medium sized one... disappointed in spending a little more on a fry size that gave me less than I paid for

paid for extra whip & caramel and they barely even put the normal amount in.. Definitelydidn't add extra lik i paid for!

This store is horrible. Their night shift Sunday employees should be fired. I placed and order and when it arrived there were multiple missing items and the drink I paid extra for was missing. The bag was completely sealed so it had nothing to do with the dasher. I then had to replace the order for the missing items as they were for my kids. I called the store to report the missing items and to ensure me my next order would be all there. The girl on the phone was extremely rude. I then got my second order and it was still wrong! People spend a lot of money for food that's went down in quality, quality, and employees don't care. The items that I did receive tasted horrible. Fries under cooked, sandwiches slopped together. For reference this was from March 15, 2026 at 11pm.
