The fries and the meat are so salty I can't eat it and I got a very small portion of fries and my big Mac did not have the extra sauce I requested

The food was good but the large fry was not full. No fries were in the bottom of the bag. This is a common issue. When you hold the large fry you should not see the back of the container. To get a true large you have to order a large and a small. The small will fill the container and you no longer see the back of the container until you've eaten the fries.

The drinks and food were ok. The food was not hot and I only live maybe 2 miles away. I ordered large fries. The fries are rarely full. When I hold the box of fries the back of the container is fully visible. It's like I order a large fry then get a medium fry in a large box. There are no fries in the bag like other restaurants. I should not have to buy additional fries just to top off the fries I get. Other times the food is hot. I think this was an off day except for the fries. Not getting a full large fry or any size is a regular occurrence.

Almost everytime I place an order. They get the order wrong.Always forget at least 1 drink. The portions and freshness of the French fries is unacceptable. They taste cold and stale.They forget the apples slices in my daughters 6 pc. Chicken McNuggets® Happy Meal® everytime. It's unlikely I Would order again from this location

I love the bacon quarter pounder but my fries and chicken nuggets was old. The chicken nuggets seemed to have been settling in the basket pass the time limit.
