The food is always hot and fresh! never had a messed up order or forgotten items, and sauces I've requested always included, napkins always included and food and drinks always packaged nicely so nothing ever spills or gets damaged! gotten food from this location a few times and they never disappoint, have had zero problems.

Meat was not tasty and sort of tough. Didn't seem fresh. Will not order this again. Fries and nuggets were fine.

Hey McDonald Execs, suggest a better rollout plan on new products. Went to the Gemini, Columbus location. Fries were great but the Big Arch Burger? Turned out to be an expensive, $8.49 dinner for my dog. These patties were clearly used for a quarter pounder with American cheese. Then they tried to melt the other cheese on top. It also didn't have the crispy onions on it. It was disgusting. Luckily I only wanted the fries after not eating all day. Thought I'd try the new sandwich. Looked pretty on the outside but then you see multiple cheeses and the coverup underneath. Suggesting better rollout. Luckily, my dog loved her $8.49 dinner after I rinsed everything off! Haha. I don't have the option for pics but happy to share if asked.

The filet fish was old and hard as a rock.. fries soggy,old and cold, the sprite was the only good thing I purchased
